Support veterans' PTSD treatments

On June 10th, 2023, HCGA and L.E.A.S.H cohosted a golf charity event at the Meadowbrook Farms Golf Club. The event was organized by young volunteers David Wang and Angelina Wang, who are the founders of the Non-Profit organization L.E.A.S.H. Mr. Nathan Lu and Ms. Anna Wang from the HCGA Boards collaborated to ensure the event's success. In addition, young talented golfers Ted Sui and Sean Fan, along with HCGA members Jim Yu (HCGA president), Mingbo He, Jay Yuan, Frank Lu, Jeff Shen, Zach Liu, Frank Fan, and others generously volunteered their time as instructors, sharing their golf skills with the enthusiastic crowd.

The two-hour long golf learning event saw participation from over 20 people, and together, they raised a total of $1,500. This amount was then donated to Birdies for Camp Hope, supporting much-needed PTSD treatments for veterans. The event made a significant impact within our community and was celebrated for its great success!
